- How should I select the best photo?

All you need is a clear, close up -if possible- photograph in good lighting and good size (should be in jpeg format and at least 100kb if it is a digital photo and 4"x6" if is it printed). Photos should be clear and sharp for better results. Remember that good quality photographs will result to a brilliant portrait.

- Can I choose the background or have a detail changed?

If you would like to change the background or a small detail of the portrait, please let me know as soon as possible (preferably before I start drawing the portrait). Alternative backgrounds can be drawn.

-Will I get a refund if I am not satisfied with my portrait

My policy is to provide to my customers a portrait which is to their complete satisfaction. If you are not happy with the result and it's not something that can be altered, then you will receive a full refund!

-How will the final portrait be sent?

Your portrait will be sent by Special Delivery. To avoid any damage and make sure that your portrait will arrive in great condition I will wrap it between a few extra strong cardboards. In the unlike event that it arrives damaged you will be fully refunded.
